TECOS Ltd was tasked with supervising the construction of the National Archives Building in the KACYIRU Sector of the City of Kigali, Rwanda. The project was commissioned by the Rwanda Housing Authority (RHA). TECOS Ltd was responsible for ensuring that the works were executed to the required standards and specifications. The National Archives Building project involved the construction of a large facility to house important historical documents and artefacts.
