TECOS Ltd was contracted to provide architectural design services for the construction of a commercial complex in NYARUGENGE District, City of Kigali, Rwanda. SHEFERI Faustin commissioned the project. The expertise of TECOS Ltd in architectural design was employed to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing commercial building.
