KIBEHO, a rural area located in NYARUGURU District, Rwanda, was in need of a comprehensive urban master plan for future development. The assignment involved the creation of the KIBEHO master plan, covering an area of 2700 hectares. NYARUGURU District commissioned the project to provide a strategic guide for urban development and land use. The plan included a detailed analysis of the current situation, opportunities for growth, and the proposed development framework. The plan addressed critical aspects of the area, such as infrastructure, land use, transportation, social services, and economic development. The resulting plan served as a valuable resource for the sustainable and effective development of KIBEHO and its surrounding areas.
