TECOS Ltd provided expertise in the creation of the GAKENKE Master Plan in Gakenke District, covering an area of 6,200 hectares in the Northern Province of Rwanda. The plan was developed in collaboration with GAKENKE District procuring entity, with the aim of providing a comprehensive guide for the district’s sustainable growth and development over the next several years. The plan was designed to consider important factors such as population growth, infrastructure development, environmental considerations, and land use zoning, among others. Through the plan’s development, TECOS Ltd leveraged its expertise in urban planning and design to provide a well-rounded blueprint for the district’s future growth and development.
